Eligibility

We're looking for dedicated individuals ready to elevate their skills. Here's what it takes:

Current DCW Status

An applicant should have already completed basic DCW (or PCW) training and demonstrate at least 6 months work experience in the field - demonstrating their dedication to providing quality care and their potential to maximize the benefits of the CNA training.

Recommendation

A recommendation letter from someone familiar with the applicant's work, such as a colleague, mentor, or supervisor. This letter should highlight the individual's potential, dedication, and how the training could enhance their care-giving capabilities.

Personal Statement

A brief personal essay from the applicant detailing their motivation to pursue the CNA certification, their aspirations in the caregiving field, and how they envision this training benefiting their career and the individuals they care for.

Community Service

A history of voluntary work or community service, especially in healthcare or caregiving sectors, showing their dedication and compassion towards improving the well-being of others.

Availability

The applicant should have the capacity to commit to the full duration of the training without any interruptions.
